The price felt fair for what I got, and the quality seems decent so far. I’m still keeping an eye on how it holds up over time, but for now I feel good about the purchase

The shipping took longer than I expected. It reminded me of being a kid waiting for a package and checking the door over and over, so I was a little disappointed by how slow it felt.

I picked up a Taylor scale from Taylor, and from what I remember compared to other scales I’ve used, this one is much easier to read. The numbers are big and clear, so I don’t really have to bend over or squint to see my weight. It also shows up well in regular bathroom lighting. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the screen isn’t quite as easy to see if you’re looking at it from an angle. Overall though, I’m happy with it

I didn’t have any issues getting the scale connected to the app. It synced quickly and has stayed connected every time I’ve used it so far. The setup was really simple, and something about it just made the whole process feel easy.

I needed a replacement part for my Taylor scale and was surprised they actually had it listed. Finding the exact one took a little digging, which was kind of ridiculous, but once I found it, ordering was simple. Shipping wasn’t the fastest, but it showed up and worked out fine.

I’ll give them credit that the refund did eventually come through, so I guess that’s a plus. But the whole return process was frustrating. It wasn’t very clear what I was supposed to do next, and support took a while to get back to me. I kept having to check in just to see where things stood with my refund. Maybe I just had bad luck, but it ended up being more annoying than it should’ve been

I checked my scale a few times and it’s stayed accurate every time. No weird jumps or random changes so far, which I really appreciate. It’s nice to have something that just works the way it should

I ordered this from taylorusa.com and, I mean, it does work like it’s supposed to. But honestly… the overall build just feels kind of cheap. Some of the plastic pieces don’t line up that well, and after only a few uses there’s already a bit of a wobble. Shipping was totally fine, no issues there, but for the price, I was really expecting it to feel sturdier.

I bought a Taylor kitchen scale from taylorusa.com because I wanted something simple for my own baking stuff, and it’s been helpful so far. The tare button is what I use the most since it lets me keep dumping ingredients into the same bowl without making a huge mess.

The display is easy for me to read, and I like that switching units doesn’t make me think too hard. I’m always using recipes from different places, so being able to jump between grams and ounces quickly is a nice little convenience.

I wouldn’t give it 5 stars only because the buttons feel a little cheap to me, and sometimes I have to wait a second for the weight to settle. Still, for what I need day to day, it does the job well.

I bought this from taylorusa.com and, to be fair, it’s held up fine around water so far. I’ve had it near the sink and it’s gotten a few small splashes on it without any problems. It still works normally and doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap, which is good. Shipping was okay too, nothing to really complain about there. I wouldn’t say I’m totally relaxed about getting it wet, but for everyday little splashes, it seems to be doing its job...

I ordered from taylorusa.com and got charged right away, but then the delivery took way longer than the estimate. The tracking barely updated, so I had no real idea where my package was or when it was actually coming. Customer service did respond, but the answer didn’t really clear anything up. The product was fine once it finally arrived, but the lack of updates made the whole experience frustrating.

I picked this up hoping it’d be a decent kitchen thermometer, but the readings are all over the place. I tested it in water and it was off by a few degrees, which doesn’t make me feel great about using it for meat. Sometimes it seems fine, but then it jumps around again. Just not something I’d rely on.

I don’t know why, but the instructions were way more confusing than I expected. I had to reread a few parts twice, maybe even three times, and at one point I was questioning all my life choices. I figured it out eventually, but wow, it should’ve been a lot easier to follow...

I was pleasantly surprised by how much they had to choose from. The range of options made it easy to compare a few different styles and find exactly what I needed without having to look elsewhere.

The scale itself works okay, but the battery life has been disappointing. I expected it to last longer, and having to replace the batteries after just a few months was annoying. It’s not a terrible product, but I do find myself wishing I’d picked a different one

I found what I needed on Taylor dang fast, which was nice because some sites are a total pain in the ass to deal with. The menus actually made sense, and the pages loaded fine on my phone without acting like a slow little gremlin.
Checkout was simple too, with none of those dumb extra steps that make you want to quit halfway through. The product info was clear and easy to read, so yeah, I’d definitely use the site again...

Ordered from taylorusa.com and the package showed up in great shape. Nice. The box wasn’t all beat up, and everything inside was wrapped well and didn’t shift around. Finally. It’s always good to see a company actually take the time to pack things properly. No complaints here, easy 5 stars

Setup was painless for me. I had to pause on a couple screens because they weren’t super obvious at first, but I figured them out quickly and everything worked fine after that. Then suddenly I was like, wait, that’s it? Nice.

Support got back to me. Took a couple days though. I had to follow up once, which was a bit annoying. But they did fix the issue. So yeah, not bad. Just slow

The product was about exactly as shown, and I got what I expected. No surprises or issues around the order
